      晶振的發展趨勢

      一:小型化、片式化.
      為了滿足移動電話為代表的便攜式產品的薄、短小、輕的要求,石英晶體振蕩器已經在向陶瓷封裝轉變.采用貼片封裝的TCXO的晶振也不斷地朝小型化發展。包括行動電話的使用,以及數碼相機、平板電腦使用的貼片石英晶振等。因此輕薄短小的競爭也因此逐漸呈現白熱化.
      二:低噪聲化、高頻化.
      在GPS通信系統中是不允許頻率顫抖的,而相位噪聲是保證振蕩器頻率顫抖的一個重要參數,TCXO和OCXO的相位噪聲性能近年來有了很大提高,100MHz OCXO相位噪聲已經可以非常接近-180dBc/Hz@100KHz
      三:高穩定度和高精度化.
      TCXO已經有了0.07ppm的產品,OCXO的精度甚至能夠達到0.2ppb。
      四:硅晶振
      硅晶振的出現大大加強了晶振的一致性降低了產品成本,縮短了供貨周期,是將來發展的一個方向。
